A Pointless Question

I always say this to my students everytime they ask me if the exam is easy or not.
Isn’t it pointless to ask your teacher if the exam is easy? For the teacher, it is always easy.
They never asked me again after I said that. Saves me the hassle of having to answer their question before any exam. It also keeps them on their toes, forcing them to do their best.
